In the 5Rhythms practice, we explore these waves, patterns and rhythms that are inherent in all of nature, including every cell in our body, impacting our mental, emotional, and spiritual selves. As we experience ourselves as energy in motion, we create space for what is true, and real, and possible. We deepen our understanding of how to move through our life more grounded, more engaged, more willing to let go and trust what is coming next…

Journey through the Wave

The Rhythm Wave is a continual cycle of the 5Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness®. Each rhythm is a teaching. The map through the cycle, called a Rhythm Wave, is a teaching. The Rhythm Wave is a dynamic, informative, transformative journey.

The beauty of the Rhythm Wave is self-discovery.

The Wave supports and deepens the joy of moving our bodies, and draws us out of our comfort zone, to explore the unknown and build confidence, trust, and connection. Because the Rhythm Wave is always in motion, we move in and out of our resistance, always moving toward a shift. Consciously moving these rhythms through our own body enlivens our self-awareness, empowers our choice making, and opens our heart. We fall in love with life, with ourself, with each other,

Learn and deepen your practice of Moving True

In a class or workshop setting, we use live or recorded music, to seduce us into the shapes and patterns of each rhythm.  The journey through a Rhythm Wave is our own. There is no choreography. There is a map. Your dance is your self-expression. You can be any size, shape, age, or level of experience. You can be a closet dancer, a wannabe dancer, have never danced, or have always danced.  The music, the suggestions, and the rhythms are tools used to bring us deeper into our body, liberating our capacity to express, creating space to heal and experience who we truly are.
