Over the next 5 months, two opportunities a month to deepen into your 5Rhythms Practice.

The first week of the month

Facilitated 5Rhythms Class

with guidance to support your understanding, exploration

and embodiment of the 5Rhythms practice.

These classes will be offered in two locations:

  • First Sunday of the month

    Sharon, VT (10am - 12pm)

  • First Monday of the month

    Richmond, VT (7pm - 8:30pm)

The third week of the month

Sweat Your Prayers®

Sweat Your Prayers is an extension of the 5Rhythms practice where we bring our individual 5Rhythms practice to the dance floor, and move through the Rhythm Wave on our own, with intention and in community.

There is very little, if any, facilitation.

Sweat Your Prayers will be offered in one location:

  • Third Monday of the month in Richmond, VT (7pm - 8:30pm)

This is open to students currently taking my classes in either Richmond or Sharon

The music for both the class and the Sweat your Prayers in any given month will be similar. The experience of moving through the same playlist is very different when you guide yourself, then when you are guided by a teacher. A “Sweat” supports the integration of the teaching into your dance and allows a continuous flow of movement without interruption, deepening your sense of embodiment and authentic expression in community with those sharing the experience.

Both opportunities will be held in sacred space specific to supporting a 5Rhythms practice. 5Rhythms at its essence is a practice. A practice takes commitment, to show up regularly, to experience, explore and share the unfolding of who we truly are, in all of our complexities,  both on our own and together.

Come spend time with yourself, in community, exploring, expressing, surrendering, revealing and becoming your embodiment of Moving True. There will be music, suggestions, invitations and space to support  your journey into the tapestry of who you are.
