Monthly 4-hour 5Rhythms® workshops on Sunday

To listen  with generosity - and to be listened to with generosity - can be deeply healing in both directions.
It is a capacity we can all cultivate. We will practice presence, attention, and curiosity.
“Listening” to the dialogue of our body in movement as we engage with each rhythm
alone, with another, and together.
Each workshop will focus on one rhythm, integrating it into the 5Rhythms wave.
