Where there may be a pause, sometimes tension, often mystery; between heartbeats and the breath,

between tides, and seasons and with every change - the suspension between letting go of what was,
and opening to whatever is coming.

Let’s explore the Space-in-Between with each of the 5Rhythms: between our feet and our fingertips, our minds and our bodies, ourselves and each other. Together we’ll discover what arises in these spaces
and how  we move within them - and through them.
